Ingredients and doses for 4 persons:

1 pork arista, 1 bacon, apples, oranges, pineapple, pistachio nuts, balsamic vinegar, brandy, garlic, fennel seeds, salt, pepper, olive oil.

Clean the pork, season with salt, pepper, garlic, fennel seeds and proceed with the stuffing. Fill the pork with all the sliced fruit and add the bacon cooked previously in the brandy season with salt and, pepper, spices and balsamic vinegar. Close the pork with string and cooked till grilled well on to baking till when it does not turn out grilled very.
